At Reema Health, we believe that a personalized, community-based approach to care makes it easier for anyone to access the things they need to make their lives better. We know that life’s challenges often exist because the systems built to help are a burden to navigate. We believe building a relationship with a real person — someone who listens, meets members where they are, and understands the community’s resources — can ease those burdens. Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and highly self-motivated Market Implementation and Account Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties and projects related to successfully onboarding new customers and continuing to deliver value through account management following implementation. You will work with managed care organizations (MCOs; aka customers), talent acquisition, Reema Health leadership, and market participating providers to support new and existing markets. In this position, you will work externally with customer’s key stakeholders to ensure the customer has a smooth onboarding experience, setting the tone for a successful and collaborative partnership. In addition to being the main point of contact for your customers, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and completion of all internal workflows required to launch and maintain customer accounts. This role reports to the Director of Client Services in Reema Health’s Growth organization.

How you will add value:

  • Drive our customer’s project plans and guide them through the post sale client life cycle including implementation, launch and account management.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop workflows, success measures, and other project artifacts, ensuring scope is clearly defined.
  • Help develop and shape our internal processes to ensure efficiency and scalability across multiple types of customer implementations.
  • Manage existing customer relationships through consistent and ongoing communication.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor to our customers being able to anticipate, identify and resolve potential risks.
  • Identify opportunities to delight and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Manage multiple concurrent client relationships; track and communicate to both internal and customer stakeholders, the progress of each project; and effectively use available resources to meet timelines.

Knowledge and skills you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of client implementation and/or client services experience.
  • Strength to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and prioritize appropriately to meet strict deadlines is essential.

  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to customers, prospects, members, and partners as measured by client satisfaction and loyalty scores.
  • Ability to serve as both the strategic partner to customers and project manager simultaneously
  • Understand what it takes to win in implementation, as shown by ability to develop, execute and improve implementation playbooks.
  • Flexibility to simultaneously build and improve processes while managing implementations and client relationships.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment where rapid change and continuous innovation are the norm.
